Downgrades aren't supported directly. If you want a smaller plan, cancel your current subscription — you'll keep access until the end of the cycle — then re-subscribe to the lower tier when the new period begins.
Subscription terms.
We try to keep pricing simple. We’ve kept it to a few key points — the full Terms of Service live elsewhere if you need them.
All plans operate on a monthly subscription with different included hours, concurrent connections, and feature access. Your billing date matches your sign-up date.
When you use all your included hours, recording stops until the next paid period. To keep going right away, upgrade your plan or buy extra credits — no automatic overage charges.
Purchased hours are valid only within the current subscription month. Unused hours don't carry forward — plans are sized for typical usage, not stockpiling.
One concurrent connection equals one active translation session. The limit applies to parallel meetings, not the number of people inside a single session.
Every plan supports the same 40 languages out of the box — no add-ons, no upsells, no waiting on custom requests.
Plans and credits are non-refundable. You can upgrade anytime (we deduct the percentage of value already used) or stop a subscription and re-subscribe to a smaller plan in the next period.
